1. Gems
You should use
Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and
Masterful Shadowruby in all other sockets.
2. Enchants
| Slot | Enchantment |
|---|---|
| Neck | |
| Back | |
| Rings |
3. Consumables
Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used for raids along with
Potion of Deadly Grace (if not using
Feral Affinity)
or
Potion of the Old War (if using Feral Affinity) and
Leytorrent Potion as your potions of
choice. The DPS potions can optionally be used as a pre-pot at the beginning of
the fight where healing is not very intense, while your
Leytorrent Potion is a one time usage potion per fight where you can
restore Mana at the cost of not being able to cast or move while the effect
lasts.
You should eat
Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Intellect (or the
cheaper
Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food).
Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.
Ancient Mana Potion can also be used once per fight as an instant Mana
restore.
If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune:
Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons
(it did not used to).
