1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Agility in one socket, and Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire in all other sockets.

3. Consumables

Flask of Ten Thousand Scars (survivability) or Flask of the Seventh Demon (DPS) should be used for raids along with Unbending Potion (survivability) or Potion of the Old War (DPS), or Potion of Prolonged Power (for a mixture of survivability and DPS). You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Agility (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Note that you must switch to Feral before eating (and then back to Guardian afterwards) in order to obtain the Agility buff, as otherwise you will receive Stamina. Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
