Welcome to our Holy Priest healing guide for World of Warcraft Legion 7.3.5. Here, you will learn everything you need to know about playing a Holy Priest in a raid environment and in Mythic+ dungeons.

1. Class Overview

The Holy specialisation allows for smooth and very strong AoE/raid healing, and it performs very well in terms of single target healing as well.

It is also worth noting that Holy Priests are somewhat lacking in the mobility department, although this is not a very serious problem.

In order to properly play a healing role, you will need more than just class-specific information. To better understand healing in general, we recommend that you read our healing guide.

2. Patch 7.3 Changes for Holy Priests

• No notable Patch 7.3 changes.

3. Patch 7.2.5 Changes for Holy Priests

• The damage of Holy Fire, Holy Word: Chastise, Holy Nova, and Smite has been increased.
• The Mana cost of Binding Heal, Divine Star, Halo, and Circle of Healing has been decreased.
• The healing of Circle of Healing has been increased.
• Two new legendary items, Soul of the High Priest and The Alabaster Lady, have been added.

4. Patch 7.2 Changes for Holy Priests

• Artifact traits have been slightly reworked. After spending 35 points, you now open up a new path, made up of 5 new traits ( Light of the Conclave, Caress of the Naaru, Times and Measures, Cosmic Ripple, and Concordance of the Legionfall) and all traits with 3 ranks get an additional 4th rank that you can invest in.
