1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and Quick Dawnlight in all other sockets.

3. Consumables

Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used as your flask. You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Intellect buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Alternatively, you can eat Azshari Salad for the Haste buff (or Suramar Surf and Turf, if you cannot afford the +375 food). Ancient Healing Potion should be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).

3.1. Potion Choice

Potion of Deadly Grace and Potion of Prolonged Power are the potions of choice in Legion. Both options are quite close in power on a single target. Deadly Grace is generally better for burst windows and is marginally stronger on vacuum single target (we are talking hundreds of DPS). If 2 or more targets are present during the duration of Prolonged Power (even if only for a few seconds) it takes over as the potion of choice. Prolonged Power is also (usually) slightly stronger if you are not using Bloodlust on the opener, as Potion of Deadly Grace is reliant on Haste to get the maximum number of procs.

Potion of Prolonged Power is also better for general use as it is much cheaper and lasts a full 60 seconds. It is an exceptional choice for farming Mythic+ dungeons as it can be used very often without high cost.
