1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and Masterful Shadowruby in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

3. Consumables

Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used as your flask. You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Intellect buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Alternatively, you can eat Nightborne Delicacy Platter for the Mastery buff (or Barracuda Mrglgagh, if you cannot afford the +375 food). Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.

Potion of Deadly Grace is the best potion for dealing single target damage. Potion of Prolonged Power, however, is a superior option when cleave or AoE is the priority. Prolonged Power is also the best choice for Mythic+ dungeon farming.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
