1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

3. Consumables

Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used for raids. You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Intellect buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Alternatively, you can eat Seed-Battered Fish Plate for the Versatility buff (or Koi-Scented Stormray, if you cannot afford the +375 food). Ancient Healing Potion should be used in place of Healthstones.

Potion of Prolonged Power is the best choice for potion use.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
