1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Agility in one socket, and Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

3. Consumables

Flask of the Seventh Demon should be used for raids. Potion of Prolonged Power is the best choice for all situations.

You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Agility buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Alternatively, you can eat Lemon Herb Filet, for the +475 Versatility buff. Ancient Healing Potion should be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
