You should use Quick Dawnlight in all sockets.

4. Consumables

Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used for raids. You should eat Azshari Salad for the Haste buff. Ancient Healing Potion should be used in place of Healthstones.

Potion of Prolonged Power is the best potion for dealing any kind of damage.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
