1. Basics

The stat priority for Fury Warrior is:

1. Haste;
2. Mastery;
3. Versatility;
4. Strength;
5. Critical Strike.

1.1. Getting a Better Understanding

1.2. Statistics

Strength is your primary statistic. You should look for it in all of your upgrades. It provides you with Attack Power, which determines the damage your abilities do.

Critical Strike provides additional damage to your attacks and abilities, and also increases the chance to activate Enrage through Bloodthirst uses.

Mastery increases the damage bonus provided by Mastery: Unshackled Fury boosting all damage dealt while Enrage is active.

Haste grants a number of different benefits, increasing the auto-attack speed, reducing the Global Cooldown recovery time, reducing the base cooldown of Bloodthirst and Raging Blow, and accelerating the channel time of Bladestorm. The reduced cooldown on Bloodthirst by extension also increases chances to activate Enrage, however do note that Rampage has a fixed 1.5-second Global Cooldown, which is not accelerated by Haste.

Versatility provides a flat damage dealt boost and damage taken reduction.

1.3. Breakpoints

Fury stats with Haste and Mastery has a large number of breakpoints as each one increases due to Battle Cry, Frothing Berserker, Enrage and standard Rage generation. These are often very minor and happen frequently enough that if you want to check specifically, you should simulate your character to find out if one is nearby, as it is dependant on what other stats your character currently has.

Despite all of this Haste and Mastery tend to vie for the top spot regardless of the situation, with Haste often winning out, so you do not need to specifically aim for any of them. Just be aware of stat stick trinkets that can potentially push you over the edge of them if needed.
