1. Gems

You can use Saber's Eye of Strength in one socket for the additional Strength. However, Quick Dawnlight can win out in some cases depending on your gear, and should also be used in all other sockets.

3. Consumables

Flask of the Countless Armies should be used for raids along with Potion of the Old War as your potion of choice.

Whilst Potion of Prolonged Power is useful in some circumstances (in particular M+ where you can sustain the buff for longer), the nature of Fury damage being frontloaded into windows lends far better toward Old War. This potion is a good budget option, but not the preferred choice.

You can eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Strength buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Alternatively, you can use Azshari Salad for the Haste buff which can perform as well, or sometimes better (or Suramar Surf and Turf, if you cannot afford the +375 food) if you do not want to use a feast. Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
