1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Agility in one socket, and Deadly Eye of Prophecy in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

Enchant Neck - Mark of the Hidden Satyr is a better option for DPS and can be considered if you feel like more damage would be an asset, or you are on farm content.

3. Consumables

Flask of the Seventh Demon is the best choice overall unless survivability is an extreme issue. If you find you need extra health, particularly to survive a large chunk of bursty damage, you should instead use Flask of Ten Thousand Scars.

Your potion choice is a matter of context and personal preference. Unbending Potion is the most defensive potion, and a good choice for any situation as it can be used as an extra defensive cooldown. Potion of Prolonged Power is another good option, as it provides a good hybrid of offensive power and defensive usefulness, and is very cheap. It also lasts a full minute which is helpful if you want to spread out the potion effect rather than have a stronger spike in a shorter burst. Finally, Potion of the Old War is the best choice for pure damage output and can be a great choice for pushing tight damage checks.

You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Stamina buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). You can also get +500 Agility by respeccing to Windwalker and then eating the feast before speccing back to Brewmaster. Ancient Healing Potion should be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
