1. Gems
You should use
Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and
Masterful Shadowruby in all other sockets.
2. Enchants
| Slot | Enchantment |
|---|---|
| Neck | |
| Back | |
| Rings |
3. Consumables
Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used as you flask of choice.
Before every fight, you should use
Potion of Prolonged Power as your
pre-pot, as it helps with throughput healing and DPS and lasts a full
minute. You should be using
Ancient Mana Potion during the fight
as a means of restoring Mana, as it will greatly assist your ability to
sustain through a fight. If Mana is not an issue, you should instead use
a second
Potion of Prolonged Power.
Ancient Healing Potion should be used in place of Healthstones.
You should eat
Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Intellect buff
(or the cheaper
Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food).
Alternatively, you should eat
Nightborne Delicacy Platter for the
Mastery buff (or
Barracuda Mrglgagh if you cannot afford the +375
food).
If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune:
Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons
(it did not used to).
